AAH vet is my go to vet clinic, when I visit Spain. It’s a little further out from my airbnb but I make the journey because I know I’m going to get great service. Dr Marcos is friendly, caring and knowledgeable and has made traveling with my dog, so much easier.
It was difficult enough for Teresa and I to obtain our visas. Our flights were postponed twice. However, every step of the way Starwood supported us, gave us guidance, and handled all the paperwork including the vet visit. Kennels in the correct size were delivered to us. Our dogs were picked up and dropped off to us in Spain. They handled all the customs paperwork. We received photos and videos of their journey. The doggos are happy and healthy. Now they need to learn to bark in Spanish! 14/10 highly recommend! Totally worth the money. Ryan B. was super attentive!!! Diego delivered our dogs to our front door step!
This is a wonderful veterinary clinic in Madrid. They were helpful to me in so many ways. They were very helpful and supportive to me before I arrived in Madrid and then when I was there for my dog's check up and treatment. They also looked after my dog for a few days. Their care was outstanding. I am grateful to have found this clinic.
Elizabeth helped me get my bunny across the Atlantic, she was very reassuring and kind. Communications were a bit slow at the beginning, but once the day came her service was excellent and I truly felt I could trust her once we met. I’d just suggest a more structured way of dealing with the clients’ requests, other than that I highly recommend her services!
Elizabeth and her team at AAH Veterinary were absolutely amazing. They were great since the very first contact. Our dog was boarded in their facilities for an extended period of time, during which they kept us up to date with many pictures and videos. They have successfully prepared Lucy for her travel back to Australia without any issues or surprises. We are very pleased with their services and would highly recommend their services (both vet, boarding and transportation). Thanks for everything.
