Fantastic, & professional service from Jenny at Relopaws. Jenny was communicative, helpful and attentive throughout the entire import process. We felt extremely comfortable with Jenny taking care of Kento and she kept us updated while picking up our pet at the airport and transferring him to the Quarantine facility. I used ReloPaws to move my two cats from Madrid to Hong Kong. Jenny Wong was great! Her partner in Madrid wasn't as good with responding to emails, but everything from the Hong Kong side was efficient and well organized.
