We used Aeropets to fly our pug and cat interstate. The booking process was easy, staff were friendly and reassuring. At all time points we felt like our animals were well cared for- completely different from an awful experience we had a few years ago with another company. The only thing that could make the experience better would be a text on arrival just to know they have landed safely and were out for delivery!

Madison from Aeropets was so helpful with our move to Canada. Kept me informed all the time and made sure all the paperwork was correct. Would absolutely recommend them and worth it to spend the money and not have the stress of doing it yourself. Willows flight got rescheduled a few times by Air Canada, but Madison always made sure to keep my own flights in mind and accommodated everything perfectly.

Transport from Townsville Australia to Manila Philippines- this is an awesome company I am out of word how happy and satisfied I was with their service and assistance, Michelle is awesome,with her prompt replies to all of our emails and walked us through all the needed papers and certificates and how to get them, from crates sizes and booking my Puppy's international flight, it was a breeze.
Though Qantas Airlines on the other hand had made me effort on letting me know that my pup's flight will be delayed for 7hours and 20mins, God knows how long was my pup left in the crate without water, by the time I collected my pup a day later, her and her crate was absolutely covered with poo, and she was that thirsty she smashed two bottles of water.
AeroPets is awesome though 👏 I would definitely recommend this company and Michelle to organise everything. Worth every penny. Thank you.

We found Aeropets an excellent partner in preparing our ragdoll cat for her journey to Thailand. Their prices in comparison to other companies were very reasonable and we encountered no problems in the transport and regulatory arrangements with Thai authorities. We used Pet Relocation in Thailand to deal with the import process who, by coincidence recommended Aeropets.
