This must be one of the best services I have ever worked with. A solid 10 out of 10—if I could give 10 stars or even 20, I absolutely would.
Rosa assisted us step by step throughout the entire process of getting our three pets on board. The price was very reasonable; I had contacted multiple other companies, and Air Animal clearly offered the best value for truly top-notch service. Rosa guided us through everything and took exceptional care of us with genuine kindness. She even checked in on us while she was on vacation with her family—where else could you find service like that?
My girlfriend and I had a long journey from Florida to Vietnam, and it was extremely stressful traveling with multiple pets, especially our Siberian Husky, which is a large breed. Air Animal handled everything for us: health checks, paperwork, and all required documentation.
Toward the end, we encountered a very stressful situation when the USDA endorsement was delayed due to multiple holidays, and our flight was scheduled right after New Year’s Day. Although the delay was out of their control, we were extremely worried about potentially having to change our flights. Rosa remained calm, reassured us, and worked tirelessly to get everything completed on time. Thanks to her dedication, we received the endorsement just in time for our flight.
On top of that, she connected us with a pet relocation service in Vietnam. When we arrived, the local team took excellent care of us and ensured everything went smoothly. Now, we and our babies are happily settled into our new home.
Thank you so much to Rosa and the entire Air Animal team for everything you did to help us through this journey. From the bottom of my heart, thank you—and I truly hope to work with you again in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Air Animal Pet Movers pet shipping company, and I especially want to recognize Rosa Vazquez for her outstanding support throughout the entire process.
They successfully shipped our two large dogs from Seattle to the Middle East during the summer months, which is no small task. From start to finish, they handled every detail with professionalism and care. Rosa helped us with USDA-endorsed health certificates, coordinated communication with multiple veterinarians, assisted with import certificates for the destination country, flight itineraries, kennel dimensions, measuring the dogs correctly, and all shipping requirements. They even provided a printed packet of instructions, directions, and dog identification labels to tape onto the kennels, which was incredibly helpful and reassuring.
We encountered more than a few hiccups along the way, including a departure airport change and missed certificate deadlines due to vet miscommunication, and because of these unforeseen challenges, flights had to be rebooked three separate times. Through all of this, Rosa was amazing. She was consistently available to answer questions, respond to emails, and jump on calls whenever things became complicated or confusing. Her patience, responsiveness, and expertise truly made a stressful process manageable.
On the day of travel, they even met us at the airport to help get the dogs situated and ready for their flight. Most importantly, our dogs arrived happy, healthy, and well cared for.
This was a complex international move, and it went as smoothly as possible thanks to Rosa and the entire team. We had a great experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone needing professional, compassionate pet shipping services, especially for international travel.

I used Air Animal to ship my Moms Shi Tzu from Atlanta to Manila. She flew from Atlanta to Amsterdam to Manila via cargo for 3 days and arrived safely. I reached out to several companies and they were not very responsive which worried me, Then came Rosa Vazquez who answered all my questions and help me navigate the process with the help of my Vet and an Importer in the Philippines. It was definitely a stressful process but Rosa made sure that she answered all my questions. My mom is now reunited with her pet thanks to Air Animal.

We recently relocated our German Shepherd, Kepler, from San Francisco (SFO) to Bengaluru (BLR), and working with Cory from Air Animal Pet Movers was an outstanding experience. The services I received here were EXCEPTIONAL! Moving to Taiwan was a confusing process and I wasn’t able to bring my cat with me the first go round. Even though I had paid months before, there was no issue in paperwork and communication! Salem is now happy and healthy in Taiwan thanks to Yajaira and the amazing team here. Very grateful!!
