In the age we live in where so much is done online, where we speak to chatbots and we have minimal human interactions this company consistently exceeds expectations. They do what their names suggests, they care. Having used their services on multiple occasions internationally and domestically I cannot fault them. The attention to detail is phenomenal. They pre-empt all customers concerns before they become a concern. Most of all its the human touch that makes the experience more than the 5 stars this review allows. Keep it up team AirCare Pet Services & thank you again for your care of my extremely special dogs. Update next day…. He has arrived looking very pleased with himself…. Wonderful service in conjunction with AirNZ.
Junior went from Invercargill to Amsterdam and they took great care of him. He’s been handled good and was one happy dog at the other end of his long leg. Thanks for the great service!
Thank you to Abby & Garry for getting Peggy to us with a week’s notice from New Zealand to Australia. The whole process was a breeze they were so helpful and kind. Peggy’s finally with us 🫶🏼 happy as! Highly recommend would use aircare pets again for sure!
I was so nervous about my dog Bug flying overseas! but the team (Michelle specifically) made the whole process so much easier. Her communication throughout was amazing! Having your furbaby fly is not easy - but seeing my boy arrive healthy and happy was so relieving - thanks team!
Terrible experience. We moved our 1.5 year old little boy from New Zealand to Europe. It was his first ever flight experience and first ever time staying without anyone known to him. Of course we were worried but the communication was terrible. We had requested photos and they had sent it to the wrong email address. We politely asked them to resend it to make sure he’s okay. The photos sent seemed like our boy was hiding and when asked the answers were pretty rude. We were stressed about his travel only to receive even more frustrating responses. Kindness and patience are key when you deal with someone who entrusts their pets/kids with you. We were deprived of that.
