Moving my two dogs internationally was extremely stressful, but the team at Air Kargo made a big difference. Although they are only responsible for the transportation of live animals, the staff in this department went above and beyond their official duties. Not only did they helped ensure the travel crates were correct, kept me updated on my dogs’ progress and well-being from the moment they left Latvia, and stayed involved until the dogs were safely handed over to the next international animal transport company. We chose Airkargo company to delivery our cat to Dubai. We booked a flight a month ago before flight, and communication was very nice, polite, always reply very quick and clear. When we arrived to airport that day, we forgot one paper, so they tried to help us calling to company where we needed paper from. After lady stayed after working hours to wait us bringing document.
