We paid 21st Oct 2025 as Paws requested. However, through no fault of Paws we sadly heard our dogs would not be coming to us. It took Paws until 8th Dec to give a refund. Terrible! On top of sadness we had to then deal with the stress of getting our money back. Avoid!

I highly recommend their service! Hannah and her team were incredibly supportive and responsive throughout our relocation to Mauritius with our cat. They guided us through every step of the process, always quick to answer our questions and handle any situation that came up. Without their help, we would have faced many challenges. After months of trying to contact Paws with sporadic and few times being ghosted, we finally just went to their location to try and actually get help. None of the staff could or would help us, so we had to wait for Hanna to come back. She walked us through the pet export steps, which we knew well enough since we had already looked through the process. She promised to help us navigate and asked for some information, which we provided. We did actually leave with a crate, something I'd been trying get sorted for almost a year. In the end, we did everything ourselves. Hanna said she'd help, but never took any action even though I provided all the requested information. She never took a single step, reached out to anyone, or did anything of any use. There was no contact as our dates approached or even acknowledgement of receiving payment. Maybe they are better at importing. Our experience seems to be common for those looking for export help. I'd do it yourself of you have the time. It'll probably be just as much effort as getting help from Paws. Maybe less.
