We needed to move our precious Samson ( a golden retriever) from Texas to Scotland! Claire and her team were so helpful to arrange every detail. We moved before Samson and Claire did so many things and took care of every detail so that we wouldn’t have to manage anything overseas. When we encountered embargo's due to weather, Claire worked hard to rearrange and rebook travel. claire even helped us find a better vet to take care of the health certificates for us! Samson easily made it to us healthy and happy without having to be quarantined! We are so thankful!

Airpets International and Claire specifically made our dog’s trip from the states to Italy so wonderful!! There were so many hiccups out of our control but Claire was there every step of the way to calm my nerves and make the necessary changes. I could not recommend this service more to anyone looking to relocate their fur baby! Thank you Theresa and Claire and the whole team!! We could have never done it without you!

My pet was delivered internationally from Seattle to the Netherlands. Had originally planned and spoken with them in June regarding the likely process with the move, pending a home sale. The sale went long, and I understand that timing impacts. When the move did come time (early December), we were blocked by holiday dates and being told the original plan and airline we wanted to use was not available anymore and we had to go to a more expensive option.
We moved forward with the new option which was an increase in cost (after what felt like weeks). We planned for a new date. I fully understand things had changed and we were attempting to pivot. The day came for the new flight and was told after the arranged pickup time that it would not happen that day and that we would try for tomorrow due to paperwork being delayed. It felt late notice and left myself and my friends who were watching my dog Max prior to his flight (we were already overseas), wondering what was happening. The next day came and there was some communication, but not until after the new proposed pickup times. Again leaving myself and my friend wondering what was happening and if it was going to go through.
I recognize that a lot of what transpired was outside of the immediate control of the people who handled the flight itself, but the lack of communication in time around the flight was extremely stressful after we waited nearly a month following our original fight date we attempted for, at a higher cost than original discussed.
They got my dog to me, the teams who did the actual handling of Max were very caring and kind during the trip, but the upcharge and not knowing the specifics left me feeling stressed and unsure as to what was happening. It was the only real option to move Max over and they did get that done in the end. But, it was very stressful to go through 4 different flight dates/times, a missed vet visit (outside of their control) and the upcharge.
I must have rolled unlucky in terms of things working out cosmically.

I moved my cat from New York to the UK with Airpets, and it went as smooth as I could wish. Claire was an absolute professional who kept me informed throughout the process and found the best solutions for me including when there was a flight hiccup due to the NY January winter storm. Was well worth the money instead of trying to do this all myself, and would work with them again.

We had a wonderful experience with airpets. They flew our 2 cats from LA to Milan. Our wonderful liason Dakota was on top of everything including paperwork and communication with our vet , and she made sure things went smoothly from start to finish when they dropped the cats off from the airport. I would highly recommend this company if you need to send your pets anywhere!
