I had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend AirTrans if you need to transfer your pet internationally. Alen and Szymon helped me to arrange transfer of my puppy from Poland to the US in one day! He was too big to fly in the cabin and due to his breed restrictions (French Bulldog) he couldn’t fly under the aircraft. They guided me through the process and took care of everything. With their help, my puppy and I were home the next day. Thank you, AirTrans!

Worst company to deal with. Innefective and ignorant of their client. Mr. Leszek, supposedly compnay CEO is an ignorant and unprofessional individual of clients' issues. Company and its CEO and some employees are a complete joke. Do not deliver what they promise or its hard to communicate with.
The bus unloads around 5 PM, with no queues. You park and go to the office in the building directly across from the gate. At the entrance, there's a sign indicating which company is in which room. There's information about where to park. I waited literally a moment for the bus to unload at the side. I recommend this company.
I used Airtrans to transport my dog to the United Arab Emirates. The air transport from Poland to Dubai was handled professionally. I thank Mr. Szymon for his dedication and oversight of the transport from the very beginning until the dog arrived. The dog arrived safely, well-cared for, with clean water and food in the crate, and a clean interior. The dog wasn't as stressed as I thought he would be! Despite the complicated paperwork process, Mr. Szymon ensured everything went smoothly. We picked up the dog at the airport without a problem. Thank you, and I highly recommend their services!
