This was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Our representative, who goes by the name “Barbie,” was incredibly unhelpful and unresponsive. Getting any information or assistance from her felt like pulling teeth. We essentially had to do her job ourselves. In the initial estimate, she quoted us for services that we ultimately had to arrange and complete on our own through a different veterinarian. She was aware that certain items needed to be handled in a timely manner but failed to inform us, which resulted in additional, unnecessary expenses. We were flying a long distance and clearly communicated our final destination. Despite this, our dog was only flown to a nearby city, forcing us to pay an additional $650 to a separate pet relocation company to complete the transport. That company, I should add, was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and proactive. Their representative even questioned Barbie about certain missing details, but she remained unresponsive — which unfortunately was consistent with our experience. The company itself may be fine overall, but if you are assigned to Barbie, be prepared for a frustrating and stressful process. Transporting a beloved pet is already an emotional experience. Having to deal with poor communication, lack of follow-through, and added expenses made it significantly worse. This was, without question, the worst customer service we have ever encountered. It was not worth the money, the stress, or the added trauma for our pet.
