Okay, here we go. I am an avian and exotics veterinarian who has absurdly high standards and believes that my pets truly have somehow emerged from my metaphorical womb. I have a bird and a cat who are two pieces of my entire heart. I worked with Brenda to organise their transport from Brisbane to Miami and I am so so happy with the quality of communication, the care, understanding and patience that was offered to me during this process. My cat was easy b but my bird took significant effort to process and I will warn anyone looking to export their bird that it is a significant investment of time and money. Brenda was able to guide us through the necessary paperwork and achieve the outcome - which was to get them both safely to the United States! They’re both clinically well, have been looked after and Brenda was wonderful with managing my anxieties especially surrounding the days of the move. Thank you All care and thank you Brenda!
