Fantastic service from AM pet moves and especially the personal assistance from Annamaria. We moved our Staffy Mango from Italy to South Africa, and with the help of Annamaria and her extensive knowledge of all the processes she guided us through the whole process from start to finish and was always available for any questions along the way. Our journey with her started 5 months before the expected export date, but she worked with us tirelessly to ensure all requirements with documentation, vaccinations and logistics with flights were met and in line with strict timelines. Going above and beyond booking appointments on our behalf and making sure all parties involved had the correct information. The incredible care she took for our dog is something we could not thank Annamaria more for. We had an unfortunate situation where we had to leave Italy before we could get our dog on his flight. Annamaria handled this with such care and professionalism, going as far as leaving her family on Christmas Eve to personally make sure our fur baby was cleared by customs and did not leave until she had confirmation that he was checked in and on the flight. And through all this keeping us updated with video and photos the whole time. We were so glad that we found Annamaria to help with our pet’s international relocation. From start to finish, she was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable. She guided us through a mountain of paperwork, coordinated final vet checks, and made sure every detail was covered. Best service possible. Annamaria helped us with our cat’s transportation from Milan to London. She organized everything quickly and efficiently. More importantly, despite the nonsensical requests from the UK, she handled everything with calm and professionalism—guiding us through all the documentation, certificates, and checks. Superb relocation from Italy to Malaysia for our dog.
