This is by far the worst company to work with. Every step of the way was difficult and had a lack of professionalism. I had to constantly email back asking for better clarity and wouldn't get a response for days. When I voiced my frustration and disappointment, Daryl, the person I was in contact with, said that they will not be continuing the service to ship my dog internationally. I wasted over a month trying to get everything done but due to the constant changes (they moved the date last minute and last minute said that I have to pay extra to get my pet transported to another airline 10 days from the flight). They advertise that it's cheaper but I don't recommend anyone to use them. Pay more and insure that your pet will be taken with a proper company.
Unprofessional and rude. Go anywhere else but here.
