I highly recommend Animal Cargo! Augusto was my first point of contact with AC and he was extremely supportive and encouraging and also offered me many choices including to do the transport myself! I was extremely pleased to use their services. This is the top notch company, they have a lot of experience and they can tell you exactly what to expect at every step of the animal transport process. Before leaving Argentina they came to my Airbnb to personally inspect our crate, documents and check my girl’s microchip number. I could not more highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company! I had to get my 2 dogs from Buenos Aires to Los Angeles, and I decided to go with their concierge service--the dogs flew in cargo on my flight. I was nervous about the process but Augusto helped answer my many questions so that I was prepared for the process. They helped with all the paperwork that was needed, and on the day of travel, Martin was fantastic, getting us through the airport and onto our flight. They are professional, dependable, and really care about their customers--both the humans and the pets!
Animal Cargo is an organized and responsible company. Our pet is a mixed breed (Terrier, Staffi). He was transferred from Houston,Tx to Mendoza, Argentina. They took care of all the customs and veterinary procedures. A special thanks to all the staff involved: Atilio (who brought to Houston the training kennel),Erick (who took him to Miami and cared for him at the Animal Cargo House), Pablo (who traveled with him to BsAs), Leonardo ( from Animal Hotel who took care of him and did the food transition), Matias and Ignacio (who brought him to our doorstep in the middle of Santa Rosa Storm) , Myrlene for handling the logistics of this transfer and supporting us emotionally throughout the entire process, and to Favio, owner of Animal Cargo for making all this possible for us.
