We were so stressed about moving our dog to Ireland, but Janie was a total lifesaver. Beyond just being organized, they truly cared about our pup's well-being. They managed every tiny detail of the paperwork and kept us on track with our timelines so there were no last-minute surprises. Seeing our dog run around in the Irish grass without a hitch in the process was all thanks to Janie. Thank you for bringing our furry family member home!If you want your dog to arrive safely and without customs delays, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Worked with Janie and her team to move my two boys from Texas to Thailand, and I cannot say enough good things about them. We had some challenges from the outside world on this, and Janie stepped in and just took control to make sure everything went off without a hitch, and some of these challenges were not easy, such as my regular vet having let her USDA approval expire (Janie found a vet nearby to rush the exams and get the paperwork in on time). The communication throughout was exceptional, and the staff I met were absolutely amazing and handled my boys as if they were their own animals. Sunni, in particular, was amazing, as Aikman was overly stressed during the pickup in Texas, and she was extremely patient while I got him calmed down and we loaded up him and Emmitt for their trip. Let me put it this way... if you use another company, you are making a mistake. These guys have been doing this for about two decades and they are a well-oiled, and more importantly, caring, machine. As you can see from the pictures below, the boys were not traumatized from the trip, as they immediately came out, played, and explored their new home in Thailand. It is not possible to recommend a business more than I do this one. Thank you guys so much for the amazing job!
This has been an outstanding service! Our two dogs travelled from NYC to Nairobi and from the start Animal Land Pet Movers have been supportive, responsive and essential! Melissa and all the team have been amazing in all the preparation process. And for the travel, from the pick up in NYC to the final end when we collected them in NBO the team has been amazing and lovely! So nice people and so kind with our dogs! The dogs arrived happy and well!! Highly recommended and thank you!
I had a wonderful experience relocating my pets with this company. From start to finish they were professional, caring, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Paris and Bella arrived safely and were well looked after during their journey. Moving pets can be stressful, but they made it smooth and reassuring. We hired Animal Land Pet Movers to get our cat from Atlanta to Cape Town. The process was complicated and very detailed. They did an excellent job - the entire team. In particular, Melissa - our point-of-contact - kept us informed, and answered our many questions quickly and with a lot of patience. I would give them more stars if I could, but since that is not possible, I will just say I would use them again without hesitation and recommend them to everyone.
