We were moving our dog from the Czech Republic to Australia (one of the strictest countries for animal import in the world) and after several months of process and great help from Mr. Kliment, we managed to relocate our dog. Mr. Kliment has always been promptly responsive, always knew how to help and what exactly is required, although the conditions from Australia were often unclear. He was especially helpful towards the end of the process (before time of the transit) and ensured that everything is in order. The price for Mr. Kliment's service is very decent! Exceptional service - I successfully transported (2) guinea pigs from Pardubice, CZ to Houston, USA on time and within the agreed budget. Absolutely satisfied. I selected their service because of how responsive and diligent Pavel was on every stage of the process, specifically: 1st - Negotiations: to clarify me all the details via email which made me confident in picking them as my final decision. I asked about 20 various questions, Pavel clarified all aspects: pricing, available flight options, veterinary doc questions, and sent me photos with samples of the custom crates they build for guinea pigs. 2nd - Preparation: Pavel arranged all necessary veterinary documents with all stamps. He clarified every step of the process during flight confirmation and dates arrangement. Payment procedure was seamless as well - they have card payment and bank transfer options, which is perfect. 3rd - Transportation: Pavel coordinated the meeting with my sister in CZ, been there on time to hand over the guinea pigs, while I was in the US. Timing was also great, and photo reports from the pickup until he successfully checked pigs onto the flight. 4th - Collection: Pavel sent me a follow up to confirm prior to collection day to make sure I have contacts of freight handler in the US, which I had since Lufthansa carriers made me a call one days prior to confirm all details. What I noticed was the durability and safety of the crate - it was made of a good laminated plywood, piggies had food and water.
