My cats (Fig, Milk, Crimson, and Clover) have just arrived safely in the UK! I can't thank Jaco, Ryan, and the Animal Travel Services team enough. Ryan even helped me get my cats to the vet the day before travel, when my housemates were having trouble fitting them all into the car, and Jaco communicated with me every step of the way, sending photographs of the cats from when they were being checked in to fly, and confirming when they were on the plane safely. I never felt that any question was too silly (I sent Jaco a million emails), and the team's sincere care for animals was palpable to me every step of the way. I even (very last minute) asked to postpone their flight, and Jaco very graciously adjusted the date and time to suit me, without hesitation. Truly - this is a team that goes above and beyond. All four cats are settling in well! After a long, nearly 12-hour flight, I picked them up from the airport, where they had been well looked after during the customs process (given breakfast and allowed out of their travel crates). By the time I went to fetch them, they were their usual selves, only a little sleepier and slightly grumpier. I was, of course, quite anxious while they flew, checking the flight status incessantly, but as far as mitigating worries go, the ATS team was incredible. I knew my cats were in the safest hands, and I am so, incredibly grateful for that peace of mind - it's valuable when putting them through such a big, stressful move. Above all, I'm so grateful that they are all here, safe and sound, happily settling in. Thank you so much to Jaco, Ryan, and everyone ATS who played a part in keeping my kitties safe and keeping me sane!
I cannot thank Animal Travel Services enough for the incredible job they did relocating our two fur babies from Cape Town to Paris. Relocating Nova from South Africa to the UK was made easier due to you all, with a seamless handover with Amber at Airpets at London Heathrow. Nova arrived happy, healthy and calm.
