For anyone who has to transport their pets abroad, then I can highly recommend Animal Logistics in Frankfurt. They took care of all the neccessary paperwork from start to finish and were always there for any advise needed. Our 2 Dogs arrived safe and healthy in Dubai after quite a long journey. Thanks to Animal Logistics for their great service.
Just had our two dogs move continents with us, and because of there size they had to be driven from Frankfurt to Geneva. Daniel, Oliver and the team at animal logistics were absolutely brilliant! Did the job with great efficiency and communicated with us the whole way to put our minds at rest. Friendly and reliable service, you can’t ask for more than that. Many thanks for doing a great job during a very stressful time.
Our experience with this company was excellent. They took care of our little dog Pacino who had to stay longer than expected in Frankfurt to enter Australia. They looked after him for 6 months, took care of absolutely everything, vet appointments, dog hotel, transfers, health status, etc. Fortunately we had a great communication with Michelle, who we thank for being a special being with us and our boy. Always attentive, excellent communication, patience and willing to help in all the setbacks...AnimalLogistics has a great worker and we are very happy that all our process has been successful with the accompaniment of AnimalLogistics. Had a fantastic experience working with Lars on moving my reptiles from Germany to America. He helped with every step of the way and made everything clear and easy while also being accommodating to any request I had. They arrived to America in perfect condition and were properly cared for throughout the flight. This is my second time using AnimalLogistics for transport and both times have been great.
