I wanted to make this comment in response to Adolfo Gonzalez Marques. This morning he asked a question via WhatsApp and said his cat was diagnosed with pyometra. In his comment, he lied and said I gave him the diagnosis, which is untrue. I told him that surgery was necessary if the cat had pyometra. Pyometra is a medical emergency, and if it's not operated on, the animal will die from septicemia and shock. Antibiotics alone are not enough; it's a source of infection. I told him I wasn't going to discuss the treatment with the owner; he should discuss it with his veterinarian. My opinion as a veterinarian is that pyometra must be treated with surgery, specifically an ovariohysterectomy, in addition to injectable medications.
A serious breach of professional ethics. I called today to inquire about an ultrasound for my cat, who is already under the care of another veterinarian, and FAR FROM answering my question, they responded via WhatsApp with a contradictory diagnosis and recommendation, without even seeing the animal. They not only disparaged the other veterinarian's treatment but also demonstrated EXTREME IGNORANCE regarding the medication being administered. A SHAMEFUL and UNACCEPTABLE procedure. It's a shame I can't add audio to this post.
I had a terrible experience just minutes ago. I was treated very rudely from outside. I asked for medication, calling for it by name as instructed, and the woman working there arrogantly told me, "You work at a clinic" (since I was in my uniform). "You should know that the drug and the medication name are not the same thing." I replied that I'm an administrator, not a doctor or nurse, and I shouldn't have to know. If she didn't have it or didn't want to help me, she could just say no. She then slammed the door in my face. I would advise you not to waste your time there, not even to buy the smallest thing, and definitely not to take your pets to that awful place. Zero empathy and humanity.
I've been taking my dog Tito to this vet for two weeks now. Dr. Pablo is doing everything he can to save my dog, and we're very happy with his care. I recommend him and hope you have a good experience like I did.
If I could give 0 stars I would do it, don't go to the place, very bad experience, the vet seems to be doing you a favor when you are the one paying for the care, in addition to not explaining anything, 0 kindness towards animals
