Undoubtedly the best decision I have taken to work with Anvis and their team for my pet relocation needs. Aditi was so patient, insightful, professional yet caring for our pets and always ready to assist to every minute detail I have requested right from 1) Exploring different modes of pet transportation, from different source locations in India to destinations in US. 2) Explaining the details, in terms of pet travel documentation, required vaccinations, tests, microchipping, govt travel requirements for pets in India, getting the rt approvals, talking to different airlines, hosting our pets at their pet care facility in Bangalore, taking care of process around onboarding/entry into CDC facility in LA, sharing pictures, constant updates during the travel, and finally handing over the pets to us. 3) Executing this 6-8 months long journey, while making sure our pets are super active and healthy, yet in most cost effective ways for us, without negotiating on the quality of travel for the pets. Special thanks to Anand and their pet care facility team in bangalore, for being empathetic, caring towards pets, and understanding the bonding we all share with our pets. And the best part, was to know a huge part of this money earned, going into taking care of rescued pets they host at their pet care facility 😍. Just wanted to take a moment to profusely thank the Anvis team for their impeccable, meticulous and seamless organisation in the relocation of my pet shihtzus Cherry and Berry from Delhi to New York. The team was so cooperative and well informed. They guided us every step of the way from the extensive documentation to the logistics of flights and CDC appointment scheduling in this daunting journey. A special mention for Mr Anand and Mr Greg for allaying all my worries during this stress-full process. It feels surreal to have our fur babies with us on the other side of the globe. I had a great experience with Avins Pet Relocation moving my dog, Choco, from India to the US for his first flight. I was very nervous, but Aditi guided me through everything and was always available to answer my questions. I boarded Choco with them for a week before travel, and they sent daily videos and updates of his walks and meals, which gave me real peace of mind. I recently relocated my 3-year-old Doberman puppy, Kiwi, from Mumbai to New York with a layover in Doha, and I cannot thank Anvis Pet Relocation enough for the amazing experience.
