Aviomar offers excellent Professional Pet Transport Services in Colombia. We have used them several times to receive and clear Pets arriving in Colombia after a long trip from Australia and their knowlege, expertise and professional care is first class.

Despite charging a premium price far higher than its competitors, this company’s service falls far short of acceptable standards. My household shipment to Miami was delayed by a full month, and I have spent the last month waiting for the insurance claim to be processed for damages that occurred during the move. Overall, the quality of service is completely out of line with the premium cost, and I am left extremely disappointed by the experience.

Do not use this company to import your pets into Colombia. My dog spent 36 hours without being allowed to go to the bathroom. They have a small space where they keep your pet while paperwork is being processed and that space is terrible for the pet. My dog landed in Colombia at 1:30 pm and was not released until 4:00 pm the following day, the process took an unreasonable amount of time. I thought that after paying $890 dollars just to import my dog I would get a better service, absolutely terrible!
