First time user of Bliss for pet transport overseas. Military eliminated the Rotator flights in the Mediterranean on 01 October. We were very anxious about getting our family pet home. Eleonora guided us through all the paperwork with plenty of lead time. On arrival Rome FCO, Cecilia promptly met us for the custody transfer. Their agent in Atlanta was fantastic. Our dog arrived in the midst of a bomb scare evacuation in the international terminal. U.S. Customs office closes at 1900. The experienced and well networked US agent expedited communications and clearing customs in less than one hour. We felt this fact alone made our out of pocket cost well worth the investment. Brava! I would highly recommend Bliss for US military personnel serving in Italy that need to PCS with a family pet.
We had a wonderful experience with BlissPet for our French bulldog, Chico. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and everything was clearly explained along the way. Communication was consistent and reassuring, which made us feel confident and comfortable throughout. We truly appreciate the professionalism and care shown to Chico. Highly recommend!
I cannot thank Federica and Eleonora enough for all their help in getting my baby, Leo, from Milan, Italy, to Phoenix, Arizona. We relocated to UAE and we needed all documents and clearances to bring along our cat. Emirates required a strict set of requirements and rules. Bliss made everything clear and easy. We specifically worked with Eleonora for all documentation and cargo booking, which has been incredibly responsive and helpful. On flight day we have been assisted by Benedetta for pet boarding, which has taken great care of our Tadashi, cared for all details about his comfort and safety. I cannot thank Federica and Eleonora enough for their friendly, efficient and most importantly, effective assistance in relocating our whippet (Leo) from Rome, Italy to Melbourne, Australia.
