Our first visits and we were so happy to meet Dr Nick and his team. He was so kind and gentle with our dog and we felt in good hands, working in partnership to choose the best options. Thank you BVC

No words are enough to express our gratitude and appreciation for Dr. Jose and Dr. Winnie for their wonderful and genuine care and expertise for our daughter Cookie! Cookie has two bad teeth removed, although some might think it’s not an unusual procedure, it’s a super big deal for our family since we lost our another cat a year ago unexpectedly after an operation. Dr. Jose has been unbelievably patient, genuinely cares about his patients, gave confident, sensible, and practical answers and advice to all the questions we had, something that none of our previous 4 vets could do as well as Dr. Jose! The peace of mind he manages to give us through his expertise and care is simply amazing and priceless!! We are blessed to have found Dr. Jose, through our friend whose cat also had a major dental operation successfully done by Dr. Jose! THANK YOU SO MUCH Dr. Jose, you have no idea how much your care for Cookie means for our family!! May God bless you and your practice, we hope our Cookie (and her younger brother Mochi) can have your care for a long long time!! 🙏🙏 here’s cookie having dinner when we arrived home after the operation. I have been a customer of British Veterinary centre for more than a decade, and we brought all of the family cats to different doctors during this time. I have faced life-threatening situations with some of the kitties, and the doctors were always very helpful, came up with different solutions and went out of their way to treat and save them. Their relocation service is also great. Special thanks to Dr Tamara, Dr Nick and Dr Jonathan.

Omg thank you so much everyone! Bless you and the staff at the center. Dr. Nick is an angel and we are so lucky to have him. Ashton was sick with a lung disorder and Dr. Nick truly cares for animals. He responded to us immediately and quickly adjusted the dosage which was erroneously prescribed by another clinic. Within days Ashton was back to normal. God please protect Dr. Nick because I don’t know what I would do with Ashton. Thank you thank you thank you!
