The idea of relocating my dog initially felt like a nightmare, especially since the United States imposes very strict requirements on dogs arriving from the United Arab Emirates. However, with the relocation team at the British Vet Hospital, the entire process became incredibly smooth and stress-free. The team was highly professional and extremely knowledgeable. They took care of everything—from corresponding with the U.S. quarantine officials at Washington Airport, to arranging the proper IATA-approved travel crate, and completing all the necessary paperwork and official requirements for the relocation. I felt completely reassured knowing I had a dedicated team supporting me every step of the way. On the day of travel, their representative even met me at the airport to handle all formalities and ensure my dog and I boarded the plane without any issues. Normally, the law requires dogs to remain in quarantine for up to 36 hours. But thanks to the relocation team, the entire process at Washington Airport took less than three hours before I was reunited with my beloved dog. I would especially like to thank Ms. Stacey, who guided me from the very beginning. She made the relocation process so much easier by answering all my questions, clearly explaining every step and requirement, and handling all communications with the U.S. quarantine team. She provided every document they needed, addressed all their inquiries, and supported me through every stage—from the very first step of preparation until the joyful moment I received my dog. Thanks to her and the entire team, I had complete peace of mind. Today, my dog is happily enjoying the wonderful weather with me here in the United States 😍

We had a wonderful experience taking our dog Chiara to Saudi Arabia. Stacey and her team took care of every aspect, communicated quickly with us and did their best to accommodate our requests. Everything was done with the utmost care for our fluff ball. They were extremely professional and caring up to the last moment when they dropped us and Chiara at the airport and helped us check her in.
