In August of 2022, Chris of Britts Bow Wow turned a nightmare into something I could stomach. I was aboard my flight when I found out my two sweet pups had their flight canceled. A person they were with told me they had just the person. I was so distraught, but talking to Chris, I knew they were in good hands. My dogs were treated like family and I will never forget this kindness and level of service. They love animals, and I would trust them again and again. So happy my pups made it home to me the next day. Everything was taken care of. Thank you so much 🙏
I have utilized several pet boarding facilities. By far, Britt’s Bow Wow is the best.They kept me updated on my pet’s progress, and went over and beyond to accommodate my needs when my flight was delayed. I cannot see myself using anyone else now that I have experienced their level of care!
Took phenomenal care of our cat for 2 weeks and handled international shipping spectacularly. Airline had a strike the day our cat was to arrive. They had an agent meet out cat, ensuring he was taken care of, and they met us next day at our vehicle. I was worried my cat would be sick and scraggly looking and angry. He looked healthy and was happy. The transition for him has been so smooth. Cannot say enough good things about this business. Thank you for taking such exceptional care of Goose!! ❤️
They don't even deserve a 1 star rating. We dropped our dog off Friday night and picked him up Monday at about 330 PM. As I was leaving the building with my dog, I noticed there was a bloody spot on his neck. First of all we never received a call saying he was hurt or there was a problem. Second they take off their collars while in the kennel so they had to of noticed before he was brought back to me. They said it looked like an allergic reaction to a sting or his food, so they gave him 3 benadryl which did nothing after over an hour. We then took him to the Animal Hospital, and the veterinarian discovered he had a hot spot from being over heated. The vet had to shave the area and give him the cone of shame, as well as antibiotics totalling almost $400. On our way home from the vet Renee called, and made several excuses for what happened. Which is also when we discovered they only use air conditioners when the ventilation system isn't working. Using only fans blowing around hot air. We will never be using this facility again. Our dogs health and safety was not their priority.
Fantastic boarding where I’m completely comfortable leaving our dog. They make everything super easy and I’m never worried about how our dog is being treated. They’re very accommodating when it comes to delayed flights that keep me from picking up at the scheduled time too.
