We decided to move from Japan to Italy and, after thorough research, I found them. I was a bit worried since I don’t speak Japanese, but thanks to the kindness of Shunsuke-san, who guided us and gave us confidence throughout the whole process, everything went smoothly. He explained each step in detail and provided all the necessary support at the airport until my dog was safely checked in. If you are looking for a company to transport your pet securely, you should definitely talk to them .

I found Burden Ltd from IPATA website - while I have contacted a few from the list, Burden replied promptly with good English, which is important for me as I don’t speak Japanese. Price is reasonable and clearly presented/explained.
During the whole process of shipping my dog from Japan to New Zealand m, they soothed my concern and replied my inquiry in great details and short time. Im actually very picky but they were really good. I’m glad to have enjoyed the service of such professional team. Thank you Nao and Amane for your kind support.

We moved from Japan the Thailand and had a lot of logistics to arrange. We are so happy the we decided to use Burden Ltd. as they were amazing and made things so much easier for us. From the very start they were excellent with communication and let us know what they needed step by step. They had to pick him up from the dog hotel the night before (as we were out of country), they took such good care and gave us timely updates as to how he was doing. Shun met us at the airport the next morning and assisted us until everything was done and we were ready to go. Excellent service- highly recommend!!

I don’t think I will ever be able to fully express how grateful we are to Burden Pet for helping us relocate our dog, Taro, from Japan to Taiwan safely. This was one of the most emotional and stressful parts of our move, and entrusting someone else with your beloved dog is not an easy decision. But from the very beginning, Yuko and Taika gave us complete confidence and peace of mind.
They were incredibly patient, thorough, and kind in guiding us through every step. They answered all of our questions, explained everything clearly, and never made us feel like we were asking too much. What stood out the most was how much they genuinely cared about Taro, not just as part of their work, but as an individual dog with his own personality and sensitivities.
Taro is shy and easily nervous, and they handled him with such calmness and gentleness. On the day of departure, knowing they were there with him meant everything to us. Their presence made an otherwise difficult and emotional day much easier to bear.
Yuko and Taika treated Taro with the same care and respect that we would ourselves, and that is something we will never forget.
We are deeply thankful to Burden Pet, and especially to Yuko and Taika, for their professionalism, kindness, and heart. If anyone is considering pet relocation, I cannot recommend them enough.

We had such a wonderful experience with Burden Ltd. We relocated our dog Harley from the United States to Japan and were referred to them by our relocation company. Airi was responsive and friendly and replied to all of our inquiries (and phone calls) with excellent detail and timeliness. We appreciate all the work Airi and her team did to get Harley to Japan safely!
