I really had to take a moment to comment on how amazing Kevin and the rest of the team at C&R customs brokers were. Do yourself a favor and use them to move your doggy if you need to move the doggy by cargo. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Kevin consistently sends and answers emails to follow up on everything to ensure everything runs smooth. If I had to use a company all over again to move my dog I would choose them 1000 times over.
Kevin and Ryan did a great job with the transport of our two golden retrievers to Frankfurt on Lufthansa. The process was smooth and they kept us informed on the well-being of the dogs after we dropped them off at their facility on the morning of travel. Definitely, provided peace of mind. Can absolutely recommend!
Kevin was amazing to deal with. We were in a panic after being told from large airline that we could have our dog shipped with us on the same flight only to be told days before that they were not able to. Contacted Kevin and team and the provided us with an update on when we he could be shipped so we rescheduled our flight to aline better. We were nervous about dropping Crew off the night before but Kevin kept us updated through the whole process and really put us at ease.
Phenomenal and seamless experience!! I was flying my pet parrot from the Caribbean island of Grenada through Miami and Ryan at C&R was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the whole process. The team really made the laborious process with the government entities as painless as possible and it's very clear that their experience in customs brokerage shines through their performance. Of all the brokers, the USDA recommended C&R as the only ones who would be able to handle the transit of my bird and I'm very pleased with how swiftly they handled everything. I will 100% use them again in the future. 10/10.
