Great delivery team and Panama side experience with CM. For those shipping to Panama, have your origin country shipping contractor do extra work to understand and include in their bid Panama/Balboa port charges. They happened to us, unexpectedly. The CM team did their best in these circumstances. Good communication, delivery on the date we requested (hugely important), and great delivery team: on time, efficient, personable; effective communication in English given my poor Spanish. Two items (large ceramic planters) arrived broken. All else dry and intact. Unpacked what we asked (most boxes and items) and left us what we asked to be partially unpacked. All materials removed. Feels great that this last step went smoothly.
