Timo made this process seamless. Clear & constant communication. Responsive emailing. Also available when I called!! Was very patient with me & answered all my questions twice. Elias and Timo were absolutely fantastic. They are very competent in what they do. Response times to Email were very quick. They took great care of our dog. They shipped her from Frankfurt to London Heathrow. All of the paperwork was taken care of and there were no issues. Use with confidence.

Absolutely the best service I could have invested in! Timo has gone above and beyond every single day - even back when I was only getting estimates. As pet owners, we pay for these services to give us peace of mind and not have to deal with logistic emergencies- sure enough FRA airport had one and Timo took it upon himself to personally care for my dog all night and make sure she was then checked in at midnight, well outside of his contracted responsibilities and personal time. This team is an absolute GEM and I cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking for a transport firm!!!

We utilized C4C in March 2024, both Elias and Timo made the entire process as easy as it could be. I cannot stress enough the amount of care they put into our situation and follow up they provided in what was a very complicated move for us. Our dog, Osiris, was picked up in Ramstein, boarded for two nights, then put on a plane to Seoul, without a hitch. I will, and have already, recommended C4C to many people. If I ever return to Germany, I will definitely use them again.
