My wife and I went through simona to ship our German shepherd who is very reactive and very anxious. There was no issues with the treatment of my animal. However, simona had said that our impact crate was too small for our dog and that we would have to pay her for a “better” one that would properly fit our animal (an additional €215) . When we got to the cargo area to load our dog the cage was smaller then the one we had and made of plastic versus the metal anti-anxiety crate we had already. She said that we would have to have our animal lay down to avoid the workers not shipping him because the crate was too small for him. (Pictures or links will be provided at the end) To continue, simona had not informed any parties involved that there was a need for a broker (that would be additional $350) to be involved in the process of receiving our animal in the states. Once customs refused to give our dog to us because there was no broker involved simona immediately lost all respect towards me or my family, yelling at my mother who was picking the dog up at the final destination, disrespecting my wife and refusing to admit to any faults of her own doing. There were other animals from the same shipment at the final destination who also ran into the same issue. If you are looking to have a seamless shipping process for your animal look else where. Simona will not deliver that.
