My package via UPS then to Cargo Expreso , at this writing its been two weeks, still no livery, No excuse for such poor service... Needs a change of management and better worker training... Cargo Expreso could be the best, if only they would try...
Nice personnel; really far
Good strategic Logistics Hub
The service provided to IGSS pensioners is deplorable. I demand the name of the manager or person in charge so I can file a complaint about the terrible service they provide to pensioners. My mother hasn't received her medication for a month. I called, and the secretary said that every package has a tracking number, which is for other types of packages. Packages at IGSS don't have tracking numbers, and the woman told my mother to go and claim it when she receives the package. She's elderly and has difficulty finding the tracking number. When the secretary asked for the name of the person in charge, she said, "I'm sorry, I don't want to give it to you so you won't file a complaint." It's a disgraceful service; it needs to improve drastically.
Very bad service. I've been waiting for 3 months for them to fix a phone that was delivered broken. They opened the box from below, removed the glass, and delivered it like this. I'm still waiting for them to solve the problem. I'm selfless. I don't know why...
