Randy & Pilar are absolutely AMAZING! We brought our dog Jimmy from Canada to Australia & they helped make the crazy process happen for us! Randy helped me navigate the steps and requirements for 9 months & was always available to answer any of my questions and help make this process go as smoothly as possible. I am absolutely thrilled with how above and beyond this company went to get our dog safely to his new home. During his plane ride Randy updated me on Jim’s arrival and sent me photos of him settling in to their facility before his trip to Aus. Without Pilar and Randy I wouldn’t be able to have my boy here and I am forever grateful for them helping us have our family complete down here, Jim is loving the beach life now! ❤️
A massive thanks to Randy, Pilar, and the team at Casa for getting our dog from Toronto all the way to Australia! We literally couldn't have done it without them! The team was responsive and helpful with all our questions throughout the process. But most importantly, when our dog's flight was cancelled the day before she was meant to leave, they were able to quickly get her on another flight without issue, giving us one less thing to worry about. Moving a dog to Australia is a scary, intense, complex, and long process, but Casa was there when we needed them and I can highly recommend them to anyone else looking to take on something like this in the future. Transporting our 2 Boston terriers to Australia this year we had to send them from the UK to LAX through our UK based agent, Casa Fairview Canines came highly recommended and I am so happy with the service we received from them. I was neurotic and had quick responses from the team when I emailed. I am extremely satisfied with the service received and would highly recommend them for your animal transport.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Casa Fairview, Pilar and Randy in particular. They assisted us in moving our two dogs from Ohio to Australia. They were there helping me every step of the way from vet visits to paperwork to flight prep. It is a huge undertaking sending an animal to Australia with so many Is to dot and Ts to cross. They answered every one of my questions with kindness and accuracy and even answered a panic-mode call with so much empathy and compassion. Anytime anyone ships a pet, it is inevitably a stressful experience since we care so much about our four-legged family members but I never had to stress for a second about the logistics because I knew Pilar and Randy have the process down. When we return to the US in a few years I will definitely be reaching out for their services. I cannot recommend (or thank) Casa Fairview enough!
I just moved my dog from Canada to Australia and I don’t know how I would have made it through the process without Randy and Pilar’s help. Randy was always there for my (one million) questions and they made the whole process so much less stressful. Reasonable pricing too, compared to every other company I had initially reached out to.
