While visiting Lahore from UK, I found myself with quite a bit of excess baggage( as you do- thanks to wonderful shopping in Lahore), Costa Logistics came to my rescue. They have reasonable rates for UK. Just take your things to them. They provide boxes and pack them for us. Shipping is at lightening speed. My 3 boxes of 25kg each were waiting for me at home within a week- long before I’d arrived. They are a genuine, legit company. My only criticism is that their website is too wordy. It took me a couple of reads to figure out they can assist me with shipment. Make it less wordy and easy to understand. People in this day and age don’t have time to read paragraphs.

I shipped an international package through them earlier. Their charges were reasonable, and they delivered on time. However, the packaging was torn, which earned us bad reviews from our customer. Still, I was generally okay with their service - until today. When I contacted them for another shipment, they quoted PKR 47,000 for a package that normally costs around PKR 25,000 to ship (I knew because I shipped a batch at that rate less than a week ago). They kept presenting one excuse after another to justify the rip-off rate. It seems, like most courier companies operating in Lahore, their first service is just bait to lure customers in, and once they’ve earned your trust, they try to con you with inflated rates. Fortunately, as a corporate client and regular shipper, I am well aware of prevailing market rates and did not fall for the overcharge. Overall, however, the experience was disappointing and unprofessional. It might serve to mention that packages often arrive torn because these companies usually seal the box in front of you, but later the packages are reopened/rechecked by them or their partner company to whom they forward their load. Like many small-time courier services, they make the usual excuse that the customs department opened the package for inspection, which is simply a lie. Thousands of parcels are shipped daily - the customs department neither has the time nor the manpower to physically inspect each package. They rely on scanning systems and only open suspicious shipments, which happens to perhaps one in a thousand packages.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. My recent international move with this company turned into a full-blown nightmare from start to finish. To begin with, their packing team seemed to have no idea what “professional packing” even means. Several pieces of my furniture arrived broken, along with multiple decoration items shattered beyond repair. Boxes were thrown together carelessly, with fragile items packed as if they were bricks. It was painful to open each box and discover the damage. The misinformation around charges was unbelievable. What was quoted upfront suddenly changed once my shipment was already in transit — mysterious add-ons, unexplained “handling fees,” and last-minute demands that felt nothing short of dishonest. And as if the shock wasn’t enough, one of my most valued belongings — an expensive cricket bat — simply vanished during the move. No explanation. No accountability. Just gone. The chaos continued when they mixed up my boxes and even delivered someone else’s items to me. Imagine expecting your household essentials and instead receiving things that don’t even belong to you. Completely unacceptable. But the worst, most frustrating part? Not a single response after payment. No calls answered, no messages returned, no updates — nothing. The moment they got the money, they disappeared. Now that I’m looking at other reviews, I wish I had seen the red flags earlier. Many people went through the same disaster, and unfortunately, I’ve learned it the hard way. My honest advice: Do not use this company unless you’re ready to experience the worst nightmare of your moving life. Their service is careless, unprofessional, and utterly unreliable. Save yourself the stress — go anywhere else

Had an amazing experience with Costa Cargo. I had to bring a pet to Pakistan and was confused regarding the process. I talked to them and they guided me through the complete process. They handled everything efficiently from the documents till the airport clearing. Their charges were also very economical. Alhumdulilah very satisfied with their service and would surely recommend.
