What a fantastic experience. Arranging transport for a pet that was a 2 hour round trip from the closest air port, all required BOAS checks for travel, updates throughout the day of travel, all all round great experience. Ethan from the Brisbane branch was so very helpful, excellent communication and very good to deal with, the Cairns team were great also, and Kyle at the Brisbane center meeting at the airport, cannot fault the service received and the overall price. Bailey arrived safe and well and a very happy and calm boy following his day of travels. Thank you Dogtainers!
We had an amazing experience with Dogtainers during our pets relocation process from Mauritius to Brisbane. Thinking of moving with our blind Golden Retriever and two anxious cats to Australia was very stressful but many thanks to Emma Viscogliosi for guiding us through this journey and making sure that all the steps being done correctly. She was always responsive to our questions and requests. Also many thanks to Kyle for keeping us posted after picking our pets up from PEQ until dropping them off to airport. Where do I begin? To say that I was extremely nervous about flying my 2 fur babies from Brisbane to Cape Town is an understatement, but then I spoke to Jess. She was understanding, sympathetic, patient and never made me feel uncomfortable asking her SO many questions. She kept me sane. Thank you Jess. To the staff I met and talked to at Dogtainers in Brisbane [forgive me for not remembering your names. I was not functioning! and the staff who took care of my Honey and Lulu at Brisbane airport, Sydney airport and Johannesburg airport, a very big thank you for taking such good care of my girls. The walks, the feeding, the cuddles. And receiving photos of them at various locations really reduced my stress levels. My girls travelled well and I hope they behaved themselves. So to Dogtainers in Australia and Global Paws in South Africa, thank you again and I would definitely recommend you to anyone needing to fly their pet to wherever. Very helpful service attendant who were prompt in booking request. Making changes to booking incl name was done online easily. They charge less than Virgin Pet transport, and what’s better is you can hop in the same flight with your pet. Only thing can be improved is the hired crate was very old and rusty. Other than this Dogtainer do their job beautifully and smoothly.
