This is a tough review to write because there are two very different sides to this experience. The actual movers, the people who packed and unpacked my belongings, were fantastic. Professional, careful, friendly. Zero complaints about them. They deserve full credit for the quality of their hands-on work. The problem is the moving coordination. The coordinator assigned to my move was, in my experience, extremely difficult to work with. I would write something in the chat, and shortly after be asked the exact same question again. Not on a phone call where things can get lost, everything was in writing, right there to scroll up and read. I found myself repeating the same information three or four times on the same topics. Requests I had already made were not followed through. Information I was given at one point would be contradicted later. From my perspective, the coordination process lacked consistency and structure throughout. The reason this is a 1-star review is simple: the amount of time I personally had to invest in following up, correcting, and re-explaining things that should have been handled by the coordination team was, in my experience, excessive and unreasonable. Bottom line: if you need people to physically pack and unpack your stuff, the team is genuinely great. But based on my personal experience, the coordination side of the service needs significant improvement.
