No words can truly express my gratitude. It all began when I was planning my relocation to Dubai for work within a short two-month window. Alongside my move, I wondered if it would be possible to bring my feather babies with me to Dubai within the same timeframe.
Out of all the companies I reached out to, only one responded — and that was Gary from DKC. From the very first email, Gary was patient, understanding, and incredibly supportive. Despite my many questions and concerns, he guided us step by step through the entire process — from obtaining approvals from the Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE), to arranging the veterinary medical reports and authorization letters.

We got our rescue cat (Snowy) from here back in 2018 and relocated him home to Australia.

My experience with companies in Dubai comes no where near close to what DKC has left me feeling, I never thought I’d find such great service in Dubai.
