When Thaiairways recommended this company to us from the start there communication is excellent there attention to detail is excellent also some of the documents had wrong information which was a mistake by the vet if this hadn’t been picked up then we could have had serious problems in London . Everything was taken care of by Dynamic the welfare of my dog was taken seriously and the overall experience was excellent apart from my nerves but the dog is safe and sound in the U.K. with me and my wife so everything was worth it a truly professional company.

I highly recommend it. I recently used the overseas transport service to bring my rabbit from Thailand to Korea. Since it was my first time, I was worried and had many questions, but they always answered kindly without showing any signs of annoyance. The overseas transport of animals is complicated and requires a lot of documents, but I am very satisfied with the thorough and quick processing.
