I can't recommend E Plus Cargo highly enough! Renato went above and beyond to arrange my dog's journey all the way from Santiago, Chile to Athens, Greece. Throughout the entire process, the communication was outstanding—Renato provided regular updates, photos, and videos, and was always quick to respond to any questions, even on weekends via WhatsApp. It was truly heartwarming to see such dedicated professionals treating pets with so much care and kindness. Million times thank you!
Attention to details and excellent service. Answered all my questions and guided me well through all the process. I was able to travel (Toronto) with my dog on the same flight even when AirCanada wasn’t letting my dog go on the cabin because of her size, she traveled along with the checked luggage. Arrived safe and sound, no issues of any sort. Super happy and would absolutely recommend them.
I am so grateful to this team and company! Renato was so good to me, he helped me with the whole process, and I knew absolutely nothing about it! My dog traveled from Santiago to LAX. He even answered me on weekends! I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your pets' travels because they took such good care of my dog with so much love and affection. I transported my two dogs from Santiago to Orlando with EPlus Cargo in early January 2024. It was an excellent experience from start to finish. Everything was very clear regarding the documentation, schedule, and conditions under which my pets were delivered. I also want to highlight Pamela Arauna's concern and empathy regarding a couple of issues that arose due to the advanced age of one of my pets. Through Pamela, the company promptly and efficiently coordinated a veterinarian, transportation, and hotel for my dogs until the matter was finally resolved. I received information, almost in real time, about the status and location of my pets at all times. In short: a reliable and highly recommended company for transporting your pets safely and lovingly.
