Denise and her team at Eagle Freight are honestly the most kindest and caring people. Moving your baby from one country to another is stressful, but when you need to move to a strict country like New Zealand this stress is amplified. Having someone like Denise helping us made this process 10000000 times less stressful. Any question we had was answered within minutes and if they weren’t sure they would have an answer to us within a day (considering time zones). We had many hour long conversations on the phone, making sure we understood everything needed. Denise would even take the time to speak to the vets and the labs doing all the tests to make sure things were done correctly. I cannot explain the level of care and detail Denise went into to ensure our baby made it across to New Zealand safely. I’ll forever be eternally grateful to Denise and the people at Eagle Freight for everything they have done for us, it’s very rare that a company shows this level of care and I’m honestly so thankful.
