We used Embarpet to bring Oliver, our French Bulldog, from Brazil to Europe. After requesting several quotes from other pet exporters, we chose the Embarpet team because their pricing was very competitive and their response was always fast and attentive. We couldn't make better choice! French bulldogs, like other snub-nosed dogs, are a tougher breed to transport as they may experience respiratory problems during the flight. The Embarpet team answered all our questions and clarified all our doubts; they were also super caring and loving with our Oliver. We truly recommend their services and would definitely use them again if needed.

I relocated my rottweiler Daisy, from Brazil to Malta. As far as Embarpet was concerned, the service was excellent, I wouldn't try it with any other company. They were very attentive and dedicated to the well being of my dog, and that's what mattered the most for me. At the same time, I'd like to leave a remark. Lufthansa may have the best live cargo service around, compared to any other airlines. But it doesn't mean they are good at it, it just means the rest is awfull. They have a complete disregard towards people's feelings, and also are pretty much disorganized for "germans". Don't ever trust what Lufthansa says: double check everything they say BEFOREHAND. And they don't say much, you're left pretty much to yourself, wondering whats going on.
This company saved the day for my dog's international travel from South America to Asia. They even provided petsitting when I had to do paperwork. The team loves animals and care about their owners. Highly recommended.
