As we prepared to move Choupi from Beijing to New Zealand, I was very apprehensive about the whole process. New Zealand's strict import regulations meant that Choupi required a 6 month stay in Kuala Lumpur. Bev, Aquib and the team at ESS were amazing. We were sent regular updates of him from a hissy little monster to the office cat. A testament to the patience of the team. After 7 months total, including flights, quarantine and the 6 month stay, we finally have Choupi back. Thank you again for the amazing work and care of both us and Choupi. I cannot recommend Equestrian Support Services enough :)

We recently relocated our two furkids, Inca and Skira, from Romania to Brunei Darussalam, and once again, Equestrian Support Service delivered above and beyond. Whenever your pets’ travel involves Malaysia, this is the only team we trust. Over the years, they’ve handled all our complex relocations — flying our three cats and two dogs from Malaysia → Qatar → New York → Colombia → Romania — and now from Romania → Malaysia → Brunei. Because of their size, our dogs always have to travel cargo, but we make sure they’re handled by only the best and most caring professionals — and Equestrian Support Service is exactly that. We always tell our furkids that these are tiny sacrifices for us to be together again soon — mom and dad will gladly eat Indo Mee for a while if it means our babies can travel safely and comfortably. ❤️ This last move was the most challenging, especially on the Romania side, but once Equestrian Support Service took over, everything became smooth and stress-free. Their WhatsApp group updates kept us informed from the moment of boarding until landing — every step, every photo, every message brought us peace of mind. Even the Brunei ground team, led by Yadi and his crew, were amazed at how calm and confident our dogs were when they arrived. They only started crying when they saw us — that’s how secure they felt the entire time. They arrived clean, well-fed, and clearly cared for. A special thank you also to the Turkish Airlines and Malaysia Airlines teams for managing them so safely. Our furkids have become true travel pros, with more miles than most humans! We couldn’t be more grateful to Equestrian Support Service for making it happen every single time. 🐾💛

We cannot thank ESS enough for their support and expertise in moving our dog and two senior cats from the island of Langkawi in Malaysia to Lisbon/Portugal as well as our helper's cat to Manila. It was not an easy task, especially with some Covid restrictions still in place. Bev, Sue and the whole team was very approachable and always ready to help out. Not alone with the paperwork and necessary vet examinations and vaccinations, also with finding suitable crates or flight connections. They even picked our pets up from the island and kept them for a couple of days at their boarding place near KLIA before the flight. We highly recommend their service!
