Andie and her team helped us to get our dog from the UK to Hong Kong, and I am so glad we had their support for the move. They gave us clear instructions on the paperwork required to bring our dog into Hong Kong, and were supportive of the many questions we had. They also worked very smoothly with their partner company in the UK to sort out both countries' requirements so that the transport process was smooth. Once our dog had landed at HK airport, they went and did the pick-up for us and dropped him off at our accommodation, which made things very easy for us. Our dog clearly felt comfortable with her team, and we really appreciated the frequent photo & video updates we received after they picked him up at HK Airport. We first heard about Export-A-Pet from a dog trainer friend that had worked with them to transport her cat over, so we already had a lot of trust in the company due to our trust in the friend, but Andie and team didn't let us down. I fully recommend Export-A-Pet to anyone needing to make an overseas move.
Andie and get team were great. They helped us move a cat from Hong Kong to Saudi Arabia over Eid - and that's not easy. They helped us board the cat for a few weeks as we settled in the new place and looked after her really well. They chose their partner companies in Saudi and Dubai well. Freddie arrived looking great and feeling happy after a long journey and we'll always be grateful to team for that.
Andie went above and beyond and helped us reunite with our cats in the uncertain and volatile times of Covid restrictions. Without her hard work I know my cats would still be in Hong Kong now. Cannot recommend her enough!!
