Feathers and Fur was a godsend in my time of need! Military friendly, understanding of the situation, time, and ensured every aspect of the process ran smoothly. They answered my questions a thousand times over, and went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction with the care and safety of my German Shepherd. I highly recommend this company in assisting with any pet shipping needs. They’re friendly, knowledgeable, and always professional. Shoutout to Kaila who took all my calls; her patience with me had no end; she was a true angel and came in clutch when I had an emergency. My dog had to go through another country and required a metal crate to make it to the country where I moved. Feathers and Fur Express provided me information on which crate to purchase, how to modify the crate to make it acceptable for air travel, and worked directly with my vet to make sure we got both needed USDA Apostilled health certificates. They also arrived promptly for the pick service and arranged a delivery service in my destination country. My puppy was delivered to my doorstep in good health and is enjoying life with her family in her new home. Be warned, its expensive (more so since I had to go through an intermediary country since my fur baby is a Staffie and I opted for airport pickup and delivery to be handled by Feather and Furs) , and you have to a do a lot of the legwork (vet visits, crate prep, maybe crate modification like I had to), but Feathers and Fur Express has the expertise and skill to get it done safely for your pet and keep you informed the whole way through the process.

I cannot express fully how grateful I am to Feathers and Fur Express. I'd had a mess of a time trying to organize a company to assist and handle the stresses of transporting my cat and dog from the US to the UK. F&F was the fastest to respond, offered the lowest price (even with pick up and drop off fees), and maintained a consistent communication with me throughout the whole process. Besides the initial vet appointment for the dog and cat to receive their annual jabs, many things did go wrong (partly due to the time of year). My agents at F&F not only informed me of changes or inaccuracies, but assisted me in working around each problem to get our plans back on track. From the USDA being closed for the holidays, to an inaccurate vet form, and even the pets' flight being canceled due to temperature control problems on the plane, every issue was handled and dealt with effectively. Everyone I spoke to from this company was professional, knowledgeable, and empathetic. If anyone is on the fence about what company to use for a move to the UK (or anywhere), I'd recommend Feathers & Fur Express.

We worked with Feathers and Fur express to help us get our two pet rabbits to Spain. From start to finish they were wonderful to work with. They sent very clear and helpful information about everything that was needed and they were really responsive to every message and query I sent - there were a lot because moving your pet across the world can be a stressful and scary thing to do. Throughout the process they were so kind, so helpful, so reassuring and even when we hit hurdles with bureaucracy, they were on it, helping us figure out what we needed to do. America, the amazing pet travel agent we mainly worked with was always there for us - even answering calls out of hours because we were in a different time zone. They also helped us coordinate appointments with our vets, drivers lifting the bunnies to appointments and the airport, and with the place they were boarding. They went over and above continuously and we will be forever grateful for everything they did to help us get our sweet bunnies over to our family in Spain.
