Ferndale Pet Travel is a very responsible and trustworthy pet travel agency. The staff are friendly, professional, and genuinely care about the animals they handle. Pet travelling from Singapore to Australia is definitely not easy, but Ferndale made every step smooth and well organised. I’m really thankful for the Ferndale team who supported Loaf’s relocation from Singapore to Tokyo really professionally and warmly! Their responses were always clear and timely and helped to alleviate my nervousness from needing to put Loaf in cargo for the 7 hours, giving tips on how to train her before the flight. Loaf arrived safely in Tokyo with no issues and was back to being a happy girl within a few hours after shaking off the flight jitters. Thanks Ferndale team!!

We hired Ferndale to bring our cat Humphrey from the UK to Singapore and my goodness it was the best decision!
