I reached out to this company to help transport my dog internationally, and while I ended up not booking with them, I cannot recommend them highly enough. Rather than just taking my business, they took the time to understand my situation and after many emails back and forth we found a more affordable solution that worked better for my needs. That kind of honesty and genuine helpfulness is rare. If you’re navigating the stressful world of pet transport, these are exactly the people you want in your corner. They clearly care more about your pet getting there safely than about making a sale.
I don’t recommend this company in regards to pet transportation. This company was responsible for making a customs clearance of my dog, in Zurich, that was traveling from India, then Dubai to Zurich. After the customs clearance their job was to bring him to Geneva. The plane was scheduled to land at 12:30 pm. I called this company on the day of my dog’s landing to make sure that he would be delivered to Geneva same day since the dog had been alone in transportation for the last 3 days. After presenting a topic of the conversation, the owner simply refused to bring my dog same day to Geneva saying that…he would have come back home very late c.a. 11 pm. so it was not good for him. I tried to explain to him that my dog – French bulldog was very sensitive and I was under big stress waiting for him as well as that I believed it was a cost of that business if sometimes he would have to come back home late - he replied NO, and then he added that for dog would also be better to stay up to the next day at the airport. Thankfully, the case finally ended up well. 200 extra Swiss Francs later my dog was brought to Geneva same day in the evening before 7 pm. After his delivery, both collar and the leash were still originally attached with plastic stripes to the cage, so probably the dog was not even taken out from the cage for a walk and pee, especially that when I took him out he was all wet and smelly. According to the company website, they have been on the market almost 30 years. But if anyone asked me whether I would take their service to transport my dog again, the answer is: absolutely NO.
Really happy, wanna thank you so much for all the Ferrier Air cargo staff, specially to Henri, they took care of all the bureaucracy, and bring my dogs safely to Airolo. :)
Horrible experience. Our pet relocation company, sub-contracted Ferrier Air Cargo to relocate our dog and it was a nightmare. The lack of professionalism was shocking.
Not reliable! received an email from this company that they can manage my request; unfortunately, changed their mind in the last minute!!!!!!!!!!!!!
