Massive thank you to the team at Fetchapet for organising everything for my dog Samba to be sent to St.Helena Island. Thank you to Emma for answering all my endless questions. Massive kudos to Rachel for helping to organise all the the tests, the paperwork and giving Us a solution to finding a vet who could perform the tests. Finally thank you to Nick for taking our dog for her last walk before checkin. We look forward to joining Samba in a few months.
Rachel and Co at Fetchapet were so very helpful and professional in helping export my sister-in-law’s cat Mimi to Hong Kong recently. They were able to board Mimi and bring her to the vet for her vaccinations prior to the flight and the whole procedure was very stress free. I highly recommend Fetchapet if you are looking to export your pet!
We couldn’t be any more grateful for the care and organisation Rachel, Mel and the fetchapet team put into the return our beloved Westie Gus from Manchester UK to Melbourne Australia. The communication and updates from the team always gave us peace of mind and Gus has returned home safely, well adjusted and ready to be spoilt. The team easily accommodated graciously for Gus’ special diet and treated him as their own. Thanks again!

The most amazing pet moving company! We worked with Emma during the very difficult times of lockdown April-July 2020 and she was so good at keeping us updated and so knowledgeable about the different paperwork required. Then Rachael came to collect our 3 dogs that were moving from Newcastle to Auckland. She was so lovely, kind and caring with them! She made a lovely video of them leaving the country and put the following photo of our dog on her crate. We felt that our precious pets were loved and safe. We highly recommend this company.
