We used FYFF to assist in importing our 4 year old dog to Fiji from Australia. Siobhan was very good on the comms, providing advice and being very flexible with some delays we had along the way. It's a complex process so having someone that can help like this means less is likely to go wrong. She even managed to send photos of our dog at every step of the way using her contacts at all stages of the export and import.
Could not have imagined relocating our pup without Sibohan's help - there are lots of local connections and requirements that need to be met and she helped us through them ensuring a smooth exit for our dog in and out of Fiji. Highly recommend her services.
I've never used this business before but I came across on google looking for pet carriers and this business came up. I had a browse on their website and what an awesome business this is! What a great idea helping people "Find Their Feet" in a new country! Also helping pet owners reunite with their fur babies.
Find Your Feet helped us bring our 5 years old Jack Russell to Fiji; Siobhan was really helpful and it all went really well, despite the many hoops to jump through to bring in pets. Would absolutely recommend!
Siobhan was a tremendous help to us with both importing our two dogs to Fiji and exporting our dogs out of Fiji. Importing dogs into Australia has a lot of steps that need to be carefully timed, something not always easy to navigate in Fiji. Having Siobhan’s experience and perseverance navigating things on the Fiji side in the final few weeks was invaluable.
