We used Flypets to transport our two fur babies from London, UK to Boston, USA. It was one of the hardest decisions we had to make as we hated the idea of flying dogs in the cargo. But unfortunately, private jet was not an option! We were incredibly nervous whilst the dogs were in the Flypets kennel and then on the day of the flight but Catherine has a very calming nature. We had a lot of faith that she’d take care of our babies. After many sleepless nights over this whole ordeal we got our ‘special delivery’ and they were not bothered by the journey at all. They arrived very hungry (to be expected) and exhausted but so happy to see us and they were in perfect condition. Thanks for the updates and answering all of our questions, no matter how silly some of them were! For anyone worried about doing it - it’s worth it and they will be fine! Now ready to make many memories in Boston with our beautiful dogs.
