Global Pet Cab

The Global Pet Cab team was absolutely amazing! I transferred my cat, Mahatma, from India to Nepal and the team had helped me organize both domestic and international travel and paperwork. Throughout my transfer, Amreen was my main point of contact and communicated with me throughout the entire time. She was very professional and transparent. The owner, Arun, was knowledgeable, available, and helpful with all of my questions when needed. They helped me every step of the way, with plane tickets, certifications, documentation, and paperwork at the Animal Quarantine Center. Sandip had met me at the Animal Quarantine Center and offered his knowledge and support while assisting me with paperwork. This was my first time transferring a cat and could not have done this work without their help. I was aware that I needed the extra support when it came to this and chose to pay more for their assistance. I had done most of my vaccinations and microchipping before this process as well. I was nervous before this trip and fully appreciate their patience with all of my questions. They helped me and organized both domestic travel from Mumbai to New Delhi, as well as International travel from New Delhi to Nepal. Global Pet Cab helped me with documentation to Nepal however, I realized I should have communicated with Nepal’s Quarantine Office before arriving. This was my fault as I was more focused on the documentation in India and forgot to ask about this. Payment was requested quickly upon arrival, which was something I wasn’t used to, but overall, it would be wonderful to use their services again if available. My pet Jerry, beagle dog travelled from Bangalore to kolkata by train with Global pet cabs on 8th december 2025. The entire process right from explaining the process , train ticket booking, availing pet parcel ticket, coupe allocation & pet handling was handled seamlessly by them. We availed the option for a pet handler Arnab who was very friendly , responsible and was compassionate towards Jerry. He took videos and photos and shared updates as well. We are glad that we chose reliable services from Global pet cabs to temporally relocate with our pet. We could sit back and relax while they took care of everything

I chose Global Pet Cab for the second time for my pet’s relocation from Abu Dhabi to India, and overall, my experience was neutral compared to the first time which was amazing! While the team is clearly experienced and committed, I felt that a deeper understanding of the situation and more proactive communication could have helped avoid certain complications. Given their expertise, anticipating potential challenges and guiding clients more thoroughly would make the process much smoother. The Abu Dhabi to Bangalore travel was smooth but the most stressful part of this journey was the Bangalore to Mumbai which became quite overwhelming due to airline-related issues which seemed like a new issue to the team as well and my dog Sparkle had to halt overnight. Although the team did provide updates, there were moments where communication felt unclear or insufficient. When your pet is in transit, especially during unforeseen circumstances you naturally seek timely, detailed reassurance that should come upfront and not when asked for. Even though I trust GPC small updates like confirming that the pet has reached a facility or showing where the pet has halted and is doing well can make a significant emotional difference. That said, I truly appreciate the effort the team put in to complete the relocation despite the challenges. I would especially like to thank Prince for Sparkle and Arun for handling everything dedicatedly. Their support, along with the rest of the team, ensured that everything was eventually managed and completed. Overall, while the team is hardworking and dedicated, improving clarity, consistency, and depth in communication especially during unexpected situations, would greatly enhance the client experience. Would definitely recommend Global Pet Cab to all pet Parents. :)
