We recently relocated from Canada to India with our two cats and two young kids, and we used Global Pet Relocation Services specifically for obtaining the NOC from India and handling the import clearance process. We travelled with our pets in the flight cabin, so ensuring everything was properly coordinated on the India side was extremely important to us. From the very beginning, Mr. Arunachalam was incredibly patient, thorough, and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer every single question I had (and I had many), explained each step clearly, and made sure we had all the required documents in order well before our travel date. He consistently followed up and guided us through each stage, which gave me a lot of reassurance. Before our travel date, Mr. Dinesh from his team reached out to introduce himself and shared his contact details so we could reach him at the airport if needed. That proactive communication meant a lot, especially during such a stressful international move. When we landed in Chennai, everything went exactly as explained. Mr. Dinesh messaged me promptly and informed me that the AQ officer would be there. The officer was present, completed all the required formalities smoothly, and handed over the original NOC without any delays. Travelling internationally with two cats in cabin and two kids is already overwhelming, but their professionalism and coordination made the entire Indian-side process seamless. In what could have been a very stressful experience, they made it smooth and well-managed. We truly couldn’t have asked for better support.

Moving my beloved Whiskey (the Golden Retreiver) from Bangalore to Oman was such an emotional journey for me, but thanks to the incredible team at Global Pet Relocation, it turned into a truly beautiful and stress-free experience. From the very beginning until the very end, Siva and Raju stood by us with so much patience and kindness. They handled Whiskey with genuine care and compassion, as if he were their own. Every document was perfectly arranged, every detail thoughtfully managed — which meant I didn’t have to worry even for a moment. Whiskey is not just my pet; he is my best companion, my family. Leaving him behind was never an option and seeing him travel safely and comfortably meant the world to me. I was barely involved in the India side process from picking up my dogs, arranging health certificates, NOC export permit, crate preparation, and all pre-departure formalities everything was managed seamlessly by the team. What amazed me most was the speed and efficiency. We discussed the relocation just a week ago, shared the vaccination records, and in a week both Tyga and AhGirl arrived safely in Kuching, Malaysia. This was especially impressive given the KLIA transit and limited pet-friendly flights from KLIA to KCH. The way they arranged cargo flights all the way to Kuching was outstanding.
